Pears stuffed with macaroons, chocolate sauce and brown sugar
Instructions
Clean the pears doing a hole in the middle and then cut them into rings.
Melt the butter in a pan with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, then add the pears and cook for 5 minutes.
Then crumble and mix the amaretto cocoa with a spoon, stuff the pears and cook in for 5 minutes spolverandole with brown sugar.
In a pan add the remaining cocoa with a little water and make the sauce.

- 50 g of amaretti biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
