Grill pears
Instructions
Peel the pears, cut them in half vertically, removing the core and seeds.
Pass them in a pan with 30 g of melted butter, then transfer them into a buttered baking dish.
Put them under the grill, sprinkle with sugar and let Cook.
Sprinkle with liqueur and garnish the hollow pear jam.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pears
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam
- Butter
- 1 dram of amaretto liqueur
