Instructions
Wash pears and dry them well.
Put in saucepan 2 tablespoons sugar and cook until the sugar melts and turns Golden.
Combine pears, whole and unpeeled.
Add the wine and water.
Sprinkle on the remaining wet sugar pears add the cloves and cinnamon.
Simmer for about 1 hour.

- Sugar
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 cloves
- 1 bit of cinnamon
