Instructions
Peel the pears, cut into slices about 1 inch thick, place them in a pan with the marsala and water.
Cook for 10 minutes, then place the fruit into 4 bowls.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and pour over fruit.
Decorate with candied orange rind and serve hot.

- 4 pears
- 1/2 cup of dry marsala wine
- 1/2 cup of water
- 150 g of plain chocolate
- Some of candied orange rind
