Instructions
Hard-boiled eggs and crumble the tuna.
Chop vegetables in vinegar, anchovies and capers.
Combine the olives, the canopy of red pepper, diced, tomato sauce and mix everything with rice.
Add the oil and fill the peppers.
You can also put it in the oven for 30 minutes on a cookie sheet wax paper by adding a little vegetable broth.

- 1 glass of rice
- 2 sweet yellow peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 80 g of tuna
- Pickled mixed vegetables (onions, carrots, celery)
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 50 g of pitted olives
- Diced tomato
- Olive oil

- Pepper
