Spicy bavette
Instructions
Cook the bavette al dente.
Meanwhile, drain the liquid from the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces storage.
In a large pan bring 1 Brown with 1/2 cup of the garlic oil, then add the tomatoes and cook over high heat for a few minutes.
Salt and spice with Chili, paprika and tabasco.
Drain the pasta, serve immediately with grated pecorino cheese, then add the sauce mixture and mix everything.
