Peppers with celery
Instructions
Grill, wash and peel the peppers, cut into strips, put them in a salad bowl, then add thin slices of celery washed away and washed; season with salt and drizzle with a mayonnaise-based sauce diluted with white wine and flavoured with mustard and tomato ketchup.
Stir and serve.
