Pennette with lard
Instructions
In a pan to Brown the onion with the lard.
Then add the tomatoes, salt and basil.
Cover and allow to cook.
Drain the pasta and toss in pan with sauce.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

- 220 g of type pasta pennette
- 100 g of pork lard
- 150 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Parmigiano
- Basil
