Pennette alla vodka
Instructions
Sauté the chili in 100 g butter, add 2 bottles of tomato paste and cook for 20 minutes.
Add 2 cups of vodka, cognac, and cook another 5 minutes.
Add the cream and put the fire out.
Drain the pasta al dente and dress with the sauce and Parmesan.

- 1000 g of type pasta pennette
- Hot pepper
- 100 g of butter
- 2 bottles of tomato paste
