Bavette with Crock at acqua Pazza
Instructions
Clean the fish, lightly fry the garlic with oil and add the tomatoes, parsley and water.
Add salt, add fish, cover and allow to cook.
Boil and drain the pasta and flavour it to taste in the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of crock
- 200 g of type pasta tips
- 3 peeled tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cups of water
- Salt
- Parsley
