Instructions
Cook the penne in abundant salted water brought to full boil.
Meanwhile whisk together ricotta cheese and mortadella and place the cream made on the bottom of a bowl, dilute if necessary with one or two tablespoons of pasta water.
Drain the penne, ricotta mix and stir well to mix.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

- 250 g of roman ricotta
- 100 g of mortadella
