Penne rigate alla vodka
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the butter and add the diced ham, two tablespoons of tomato sauce and a tablespoon of chopped parsley.
Add salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
Then add half a cup of cream and a shot of vodka and then let it evaporate.
Boil the penne in salted water, drain underdone.
Place them on the serving dish and season with the sauce.
Accompanying wines: Pinot Grigio DOC Oltrepò Pavese, Verdicchio Di Matelica DOC, Gravina DOC.

- 350 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 50 g of butter
- 1 thick slice of ham
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 dram of vodka
