Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, chop them and add in the butter previously melted in a large saucepan.
Add the cream, a pinch of cinnamon, raisins (softened in warm water and squeezed) and three tablespoons of grated cheese.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the pan with the sauce, and then, in a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with more cheese and butter flakes.
