Bavette with lettuce
Instructions
Wash the lettuce, dry it and cut it into strips.
Let it dry in a pan with 40 g for 20 minutes.
Slice the onion and cut the ham into small cubes and put them in another pan with butter.
Combine the peas when the onion is browned and cook for about 20 minutes.
Combine the lettuce, peas, salt, stir and taste.
Boil the tips in salted water, drain and seasoning them with vegetables and grated Parmesan.

- 1 lettuce salad
- 200 g of peas
- 1 slice of ham from 100 g
- 1 onion
