Penne with radicchio and speck
Instructions
Sear the radicchio in boiling water for 20 minutes, prepare a base of butter and onion and add the radicchio, and cook 4 minutes, wetting with red wine.
Brown speck with olive oil, garlic and radicchio.
Skip the boiled pasta with prepared sauce and Parmesan.
