Penne with peas and scallions
Instructions
FRY in half of the butter sliced onions and diced Bacon, then add chopped tomatoes, frozen peas, salt, pepper and cook for 20-30 minutes.
Cook the penne al dente in salted water, season it with the prepared sauce, the remaining butter and the chopped parsley and serve.

- 300 g of frozen peas
- 4 scallions
- 200 g of peeled tomatoes
- 50 g of butter
