Penne with chickpeas
Instructions
Soak chick peas the night before with a style of baking in the morning, rinse and boil them with a pinch of salt.
Put the oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic and the chilli.
Lightly season them (careful not to burn it all!).
Combine the tomatoes and boil for ten minutes, add already boiled chickpeas.
Boil for another 15 minutes and add to the already cooked pasta, preferably penne or pasta.
Blow up the dough, and turn off the heat, add the parsley.

- 400 g of chickpeas
- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 spicy chili
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 30 cl of tomato paste
