Penne lettuce
Instructions
Cut the lettuce into strips and dress with a few tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Boil the penne al dente, drain and pour into a buttered baking dish.
Cover the dough with a layer of lettuce, sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese and butter flakes.
Do Browning in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 350 g of type pasta penne
- 800 g of lettuce salad
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
- Butter
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
