Instructions
Brown the bacon with the olive oil extra virgin and butter, add the chilli, garlic and, when it is golden, remove and add the sliced mushrooms and tomatoes.
Cook for half an hour.
Boil the penne, drain and season the sauce.
Serve with grated pecorino and parmigiano.

- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
