Penne with Rosemary (2)
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water.
Meanwhile, in a pan put oil, butter, onion and garlic peeled, washed and Rosemary pine nuts, finely chopped.
Saute until the mixture has wilted, add salt, add 1 glass of wine, then add the pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta al dente, knocked it into the bowl of sauce, sprinkle with pecorino cheese and sautee for a few moments.

- 400 g of type pasta penne
- Butter
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Pine nuts
- 1 glass white wine
- Hot pepper
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
