Penne with rosemary
Instructions
Saute in a pan with oil and butter, chopped onion, garlic, Rosemary and pine nuts, add the wine, add the chilli and nut crumble and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook the penne al dente in salted water, seasoning them with the prepared sauce and parmesan and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta penne
- 50 g of butter
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 nut
- 1 chili
- Pine nuts
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
