Ham Sticks (Penne al Prosciutto)
Instructions
Put the cream in a pan and let it simmer fresh focus.
Mince the ham and add to the cream.
To restrict the cream to about half, again over low heat.
Boil the penne in salted water, drain and place in a soup-tureen.
Coat Ham with cream and butter, mix well, sprinkle parsley and Parmesan cheese and serve.

- 300 g of cream
- 200 g of ham (slices from 200 g)
- 40 g of butter
- Chopped parsley
- 350 g of type pasta penne rigate
- Grated parmesan cheese
