Penne with Mascarpone (2)
Instructions
Wash and cut the arugula.
Mix the mascarpone with egg yolks for a rather soft cream.
Season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Cook the penne in abundant salted water and season with mascarpone cream and Parmesan complemented with finely chopped Arugula and serve.

- 320 g of type pasta penne
- 150 g of mascarpone
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
