Penne with cheese
Instructions
Grate the Parmesan, Gruyere and sbrinz, reduce the fontina and Dutch in flakes and put them in a saucepan.
Add the gorgonzola, mascarpone and put the saucepan on the stove in a double boiler, stirring until cheese is melted, then turn off the heat.
Wash away, wash smells, chop and combine them with cheese.
Heat the water and add the milk while stirring.
Season the pasta with the cream cheese.

- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 30 g of grana
- 30 g of emmenthal cheese
- 30 g of fontina cheese
- 30 g of sbrinz cheese
- 30 g of dutch cheese
- 30 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 50 g of mascarpone
- Parsley
- Sage
- Basil
- Milk
- Salt
