Instructions
You melt the marrow to low flame.
Filters the liquid obtained and add the breadcrumbs because it is absorbed by the liquid marrow (unfortunately there is no proper doses: we need to go a bit to the eye and, with regard to the following ingredients to taste).
Dissolves with meat broth and let simmer the concoction (which should have the consistency of a sauce a little fluid) by adding salt and pepper to taste.
At the end of the cooking time (about two hours: you recognize why detaches from the walls of the pot, how does the polenta when it is cooked) add the Parmesan cheese, mix well and serve hot accompanied with boiled mixed.
