Instructions
Soak the gelatine in water for 10 minutes, squeeze it and heat it over low heat until it is completely dissolved.
In a bowl mix the glue with a fresh yoghurt.
Combine strawberries puree mixture and whipped cream without sugar.
Gently mix the ingredients and pour everything into a mold wet with cold water.
Keep in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
Bavarian draft on a platter and garnish with the waffles.

- 300 g of white yoghurt
- 300 g of whipping cream
- 300 g of strawberries
- 30 g of isinglass for cakes
- 12 ice cream wafers
