Salmon Pate (Paté di Salmone)
Instructions
Collect the drained salmon in a large bowl, break it into small pieces, mix it with 3 or 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mustard, 2 tablespoons softened the mixture with the juice of half a lemon to colander; Add a sprig of parsley and mix carefully.
Taste and, if necessary, salt.
Put the mixture into a mould cake and keep in the refrigerator at least an hour.
Put on a serving dish, garnish with lemon wedges and serve with slices of bread lightly toasted
