Prosciutto and mascarpone cheese paté
Instructions
Blend ham, place it in a bowl with ricotta passed to Mashers and mascarpone.
Mix well, blending with energy and always banging, add salt, pepper, nutmeg and liquor.
Lined with plastic wrap a domed, pour the mixture and refrigerate.
Remove the Pate when serving, dessert, turn out onto a serving platter, remove the foil and decorated with vegetables, green salad or pickles.
Accompanied by triangles of bread better if toasted and warm.
