Instructions

Braise the chopped shallots fresh focus with the butter and 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and thyme.

Cook for 10 minutes, add the brandy and cook for 20 minutes.

Whisk the mixture and let it dry.

Work the ricotta, add the mixture, add salt, pepper and place in the middle of a plate.

All around have washed and cut vegetables and Croutons.

Serve.
