Beat the sugar with the egg yolks.
Boil the milk and dissolve in the isinglass.
Add the milk and egg yolks glue assembled.
Leave to cool.
In another bowl, whip the cream and coconut.
Finally, add the two prepared and poured everything into two rectangular glass containers, put in the fridge and leave until it solidifies.
Fold and serve.
