Slice bananas, pass them through a sieve and into a bowl, incorporate lemon juice and sugar.
Soften the gelatine in water for 15 minutes, squeeze it, place it in a saucepan and let it dissolve slowly.
Allow to cool, add to the mixture of cream and bananas, mixing well.
Put into a mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Dip the mold into boiling water and flip.
