Baked potatoes at the lucana
Instructions
Grease 1 baking dish with a little oil and add the vegetables in alternating layers, lightly dusted with salt and cheese each layer.
End with 1 layer of tomatoes and sprinkle the bread crumbs and oregano.
Pour over entire surface oil and put in the oven already warm to 160 degrees for 1 hour.
