Strawberry bavarian cream sauce
Instructions
Prepare basic cream vanilla bavarois as indicated in the recipe's vanilla bavarois and suddividetela in individual cups 6.
Puree the strawberries and, in a bowl, mix the puree with the sugar syrup and the Cognac.
Spread strawberry sauce into the cups, above the layer of vanilla cream, Garnish each portion with a rosette of whipped cream and a piece of Strawberry and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1/2 vanilla bavarian cream (see recipe)
- 200 g of fresh strawberries
- 4 cl of sugar syrup (20 degrees)
- 2 cl of cognac
- 12 cl of cream
- Strawberries for garnish
