Zucchini pie
Instructions
Saute chopped garlic, onions and parsley with 3 tablespoons oil and 10 g of butter, then add the zucchini slices and salt.
Cover, lower the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Beat eggs with cream and salt, then add diced mozzarella, Gruyere and zucchini.
Cover the bottom of a buttered baking dish with the slices of bread, pour the mixture and bake in the oven at 190 degrees.

- 6 zucchini
- 150 g of mozzarella
- 50 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of fresh cream
- 6 slices of bread
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 10 g of butter
