Mess of noodles
Instructions
Cook the noodles in salted water for 10 minutes after which scolale al dente and thienyl aside; in a saucepan, prepare the béchamel sauce (you melt the butter to which must be added the flour and milk, salt and continue to stir up when cooked).
Aside from simply skip the zucchini cut into slices with butter, salt them and mescolale to the noodles.
Butter a baking dish, on the bottom with a layer of noodles with Zucchini, cover with a layer of bechamel sauce to which you have added grated Parmesan cheese then cover with a second layer of noodles and cover again with the sauce.
The last system layer some slices of Zucchini sauteed in butter, just a bit of bechamel sauce and Parmesan.
At this point, Cook in oven for about 30 minutes and enjoy your meal.

- 225 g of type pasta noodles
- 150 g of parmigiano
- 1 egg
- 50 cl of milk
- 50 g of flour
- 500 G = = Zucchini
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Pepper
