Instructions
Slice the meat and flatten it with a meat tenderizer.
Clean the artichokes, cut into large slices and let them boil for a few minutes in salted water with lemon.
Butter a baking dish and fill it in layers with a layer of artichokes, one meat and one of ham.
Cover each layer with butter flakes, salt and pepper.
Bake covered in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

- 150 g of ham
- 80 g of butter
- Lemon juice
