Strawberry Bavarian cream (3)
Instructions
Use a round mold with hole 1 of 150 cl capacity.
Put aside about 20 after washed strawberries (for decoration) and blend the other.
Add the sugar, the juice of 1/2 lemon and zest of the lemon.
Meanwhile, in a little water and moderate heat melt the gelatine, which add to the smoothie.
Then carefully fold the whipped cream and pour the mixture into the mold.
Put in refrigerator for 3 hours.
When serving quickly passes the mold under hot water and turn the bavaroise over a serving dish by decorating them with fresh strawberries.

- 600 g of strawberries
- 400 g of whipped
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 sheets of isinglass
- 1 lemon
