Batter for fruit to caramelize
Instructions
Pour into a bowl, add the sifted flour 5 g salt, warm butter and a spoonful of Brandy, then add a pizzicone of sugar, whole egg whisked with a fork the Lager and the warm water.
Let it ferment for a few hours the batter in warm place and when to use mix well.
Fruit suitable for frites are: slices of Apple, pear, banana, pineapple and fruit in syrup well dried.
After fried fruit put on a plate, sprinkle granulated sugar and put them in a hot oven (220° c) leaving her caramelize slightly for no more than 10 minutes.
This type of batter is good and light, serves for approximately 1500 g of fruit.

- 250 g of white flour
- 25 cl of water
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 egg
- 15 cl of lager
- Granulated sugar
- Salt
- Brandy
- Fruit (apples or pears or bananas or pineapple)
