Batter for sliced fruit
Instructions
Put in a large bowl, in order to work well the dough, sifted flour, 5 g fine salt and warm butter: mix good and beer and diluted with lukewarm water, without working too the mixture and minding not to make lumps.
Let it stand for an hour and then add the two whipped egg whites in snow well soda, by embedding them gently.
This type of batter is very light; serves for approximately 1500 g fruit.

- 250 g of white flour
- 250 g of water
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 egg whites
- 15 cl of lager
- Salt
