Maize biscuits
Instructions
Melt the butter in low flame; Add the cornmeal, sugar, egg yolks, grated lemon, a pinch of salt and a few tablespoons of olive oil to obtain a fluid, that goes without difficulty from the pastry bag.
Deposit the mixture into 6 bars-7 cm, shaped them, on the bottom of a baking sheet greased and floured.
Place in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
The maize Biscuits are served cold.
Suggested wine: Barolo vintages.

- 600 g of maize flour (corn flour)
- 150 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- Salt
- Olive oil
