Vanilla bavarian cream and coffee
Instructions
Prepare basic cream for vanilla bavarois recipe following the signs ' vanilla bavarois.
In a bowl, dissolve 1 tablespoon coffee in boiling water, then add a tablespoon of Tia Maria or coffee liqueur.
Divide into two parts the vanilla cream, put one half into a mold from 1.

Soak for about 1 cm nozzle in the layer of vanilla cream, then compress the Pocket to let out the cream to coffee.
In this way you will get a ' heart ' of coffee cream encased in a vanilla casing, visible when the Bavarian is cut.
Serve the dessert, flan, once with a chocolate sauce, obtained by dissolving in a saucepan a chocolate glaze (see recipe) along with a little cream.

- 50 cl of cream
- 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried coffee
