Instructions
Bring to a boil the water.
Withdrawn from heat, pour in one fell swoop all of the flour and stir vigorously to avoid lumps.
Place back on the stove and continue to mix until the dough comes off the walls of the container.
Add the egg yolks one at a time.
In a pan heat the oil and let it fall to the spoons you will swell to form many balls.
Let brown slightly.
Retire them, dry them on absorbent paper.
Suddividetele in holsters, add boiling broth and serve.
