Gratinated pasta with ham bricks
Instructions
Melt butter, Brown the flour and pour the hot milk, then beat and cook for a few minutes.
After baking let cool a little, then add the egg yolks and whole egg and beat.
Cut the ham into cubes small and tilted or bumped as in bechamel sauce along with the noodles cooked al dente and the sour cream, then season.
