Put to fire the cream with the vanilla and sugar.
When it boils, add the gelatine, soaked in warm water and well squeezed, and allow it to dissolve well.
Remove the vanilla and fill with pudding mould compound to put a freeze in the fridge.
After a few hours, turn the mold, cover with sweetened strawberries and with a bit of liqueur to taste.
