Instructions
Sauté the thinly sliced onion in oil and butter.
Add the diced ham and peas.
Add salt, pepper, add a small glass of water and cook over moderate heat for about 35 minutes.
Boil al dente the corals, drain and combine them with peas, stir over high heat for a few minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 400 g of peas
- 100 g of ham
- 70 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 350 g of coral type pasta
