Instructions
The doses are for 40 dates or 20 bonbon.
Finely chop the almonds, mix with the icing sugar, add the egg whites until foamy soda well.
Add a Pushpin preferred color dissolved in rum and processed in order to obtain a homogenous colour.
Stuffed with a bit of dough dates reeled off and cut in half or place it between two kernels of nuts.
If desired, pour the caramelized sugar sweets.
For the bonbon almond mixture combined with sugar, egg white and coffee spoon or maraschino, take lots of balls, rotolatele into granulated sugar, place in paper baking cups.

- 100 g of peeled almonds
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of strong coffee (or rum) (or maraschino)
- Pink food color
- Green food color
