Instructions
Place the flour into a bowl; combine salt and yeast, then add a little at a time with warm water until you have a soft, smooth dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place.
Wash and dry the flowers; stuff of dough and place them in hot lard by deep-frying to a delicate golden brown.
Serve hot.

- 600 g of white flour
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 250 g of zucchini flowers deprived of inner corolla
- Lard (or olive oil extra virgin)
- Salt
