Pasta with onions
Instructions
Cut onion into thin slices and put to bake with three tablespoons of olive oil and 2 of water.
When the onion becomes soft, add the preserves (2 tablespoons) diluted with a little water, pepper, salt and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove the first leaf to other 5 onions and boil in salted water for 10 minutes; cut them in half and put them in a pan condendole with olive oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and bake for 1 hour.
Cook the pasta, drain and dress with the sauce and then put in a tray with around you onions freshly cooked.

- 600 g of type pasta shells
- 6 onions
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Chopped parsley
