Instructions

Soften in cold water the isinglass.

Braise the chopped onion in butter, add chopped peppers, salt and cook for 20 minutes.

Wring out the glue and dissolve in the milk on the fire.

Blend the peppers and add lightly whipped cream and isinglass.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Serve as desired with tomato paste seasoned with olive oil and lemon.
