Instructions
Clean the leeks, slice them up and let them simmer two tablespoons of olive oil for 15 minutes.
Stir with a wooden spoon, add the pitted olives and cook for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, Cook the pasta in salted water, drain, pour into the pan of sauce, Sprinkle chopped parsley and pecorino.
Season with a little oil and serve.
